Smoke and flames/ Direct messages for Veliaj, the highlights from the protest

Today, the 10th protest took place in front of Tirana City Hall. The protest was accompanied by tensions, smoke and flames.

The protesters are determined to continue their mission until the departure of Veliaj from the Municipality of Tirana an hour ago.

The leaders of the protest have announced on Thursday the next protest in front of the parliament, while on June 10 the 11th protest will be held in front of the Tirana Municipality.

Citizens' messages for Veliaj were very clear.

"Albania was occupied by thieves. Let's all stand up. Today or never. Thief. Jail. Veliaj caterpillar. Zdroms. Criminal", were just some of the expressions against him written on white papers and hung in front of the institution of the Municipality of Tirana.
