The Transparency Board has reduced the price of oil by 3 lek according to the decision published today. The price of gasoline has also been reduced by 3 Lek, while gas remains unchanged.

Board Notice

The decisions of the Transparency Board on December 6, 2022 have price changes from the one determined in the last meeting.

Referuar të dhënave lidhur me bursën Platts të datës 05.12.2022, kemi ndryshime të çmimit nga ai përcaktuar në mbledhjen e fundit, konkretisht rezulton se çmimi (FOB/MED $ Ton) i Benzinës është 766, -23 nga data 03.12.2022, $/ Ton, ndërsa çmimi i Gazoilit/Diesel është 890, -27 nga data 03.12.2022, $/Ton. Kursi i këmbimit i BSH ka pësuar zbritje në 111. 16 (-0.25 nga data 03.12.2022).

Si rrjedhojë çmimet e vendosura janë :

Çmimi i shitjes me pakicë i nënproduktit gasoil i standardit SSH EN 590 të jetë jo më shumë se 206 lekë/litri, ndërsa i shitjes me shumicë jo më shumë se 194 lekë/litër.

Çmimi i shitjes me pakicë i nënproduktit benzinë e standardit SSH EN të jetë jo më shumë se 184 lekë/litri, ndërsa i shitjes me shumicë jo më shumë se 172 lekë/litër.

The retail price of the gas by-product should be 71 ALL/liter retail and 59 ALL/liter wholesale for vehicles.

The price of diesel for fishing is set at 112 ALL/liter.

The prices set by the Board will come into effect on December 6, at 6:00 p.m., and will be valid until the next meeting of the Board where the changes in sales prices will be reflected.

The transparency board since its creation has strictly followed in its decisions the movement of the Platts Mediterranean exchange for diesel, gasoline, as well as the official invoices of the operators.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy feels the obligation to clarify public opinion that not every movement of the crude oil exchange is reflected at the same time and to the same extent in the diesel and gasoline exchange./ CNA.al
