The national road in Bunec, which allows movement towards Himara, is completely blocked.

The cause of this situation is the rupture of the HPP dam.
As a result, all vehicles circulating on this axis have remained blocked and unable to move.

Damage was also found in nearby businesses. Many other vehicles were forced to turn back due to the wait.
Video from CNA taken on the national road in Bunec clearly shows the blockage of this axis.

According to the police: "Today, at around 12:38, in Bunec, Lukovë, it is suspected that the hydroelectric dam has broken, creating a risk of flooding. Police and civil emergency services are at the scene, working to ensure the evacuation of any person who may be in danger. So far, only material damage has been caused, while the situation is being closely monitored to avoid other consequences.
