DP leader Sali Berisha has responded to the statements of the leader of the SP group, Taulant Balla, about the strongmen of the neighborhoods.
Berisha said that the strong are the patronageists who terrorize citizens for the power of crime.
Referring to the driver who caused the tragic accident in Durres, Berisha said that he should have been arrested 10 times so far, but has not been arrested because he terrorized citizens for votes.
