Attorney Genc Gjokutaj said in the joint conference with Argita Malltezi that the security measures imposed by SPAK for Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltezi are illegal and not based on evidence.
He emphasized that every two months the measures decided by SPAK should be reviewed. According to Gjokutaj, Berisha is under house arrest by order of Rama.
"350 contracts remain hidden from SPAK. The procrastination of investigations is contrary to the Constitution. Everything is done by political order of Edi Rama. SPAK's measures are illegal. Berisha in isolation for illegal reasons, there is a political background here. Berisha, under house arrest by order of Rama. The measures must be reviewed every two months.
