Argita Malltezi, the daughter of the former prime minister, in a press conference together with Genc Gjokutaj and Klodian Skënderaj, said that the measures imposed on Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltezi are without evidence.

According to her, SPAK has evidence in the file that shows the non-involvement of Berisha and Malltez in the privatization of the former Partizani complex, but the prosecutor does not take this into account. 

"The measure against Malltez is aimed at hitting the opposition. Balla should have been accused of a false report. Meanwhile, the report against Berisha was false. SPAK is blowing smoke. Investigations have not generated evidence. SPAK cannot determine which legal provision has been violated. The Partizani case started Taulant Balla's dictation. Jamarbër Malltezi and Berisha are being investigated without having any evidence against them. SPAK has information, but is silent about this. There are documents in the file that disprove all claims of SPAK , but SPAK does not accept them", said Malltezi./ CNA
