Enkelejd Alibeaj has complained about funds at the meeting of the Laws Commission, where additional funds for the May 14 local elections are being discussed.

Alibeaj requested that the fund be allocated in the spirit of Article 180, which is expected to be allocated according to the result of the 2018 elections.

He asked for the 2015-2017 elections to be counted, but the experts opposed his request.

Alibeaj: Kodi e saktëson, duhet një fond për partitë që do kenë dëshirë të marrin pjesë në zgjedhje. Pasi të miratohet ky fond, do të shpërndahet për partitë që do të regjistrohen, midis cilat partive?  Dhe Si? Ju do të merrni për bazë zgjedhjet e 2019 në fjalimin tuaj, apo për bazë nenin 180 të kodit zgjedhor, që e ka korrigjuar atë deformim të zgjedhjeve të 2019 dhe e ka spostuar për 2015-2017, neni 180.

Ylli Merkaj, sekretar i KQZ: Fondin e cakton kuvendi, nuk bëhet parashikim pa fondin. Në 2019 pati një dyfishim nga 65 mln lekë të reja është bërë 131 mln lekë. E di kuvendi nëse mjafton apo jo?  Më pas është komisioneri që vendos nëse se si shpërndahet dhe nëse ka pakënaqësi bëhet ankimim…
