Ish-ministri i Mjedisit, Lefter Koka, i ka dërguar dy kërkesa Gjykatës së Lartë për ndryshim të masës së sigurisë.
Mësohet se Koka ka kërkuar që t’i ndryshohen masat e sigurisë për aferën e inceneratorëve të Fierit dhe Elbasanit me pretendimin se ka problem shëndetësore.
Këto kërkesa priten të shqyrtohen nga gjyqtari Mehdi Bici më 16 shkurt, në Gjykatën e Lartë.
Kujtojmë se më parë Koka ka kërkuar nëpërmjet avokatit të tij të bashkohen dosjet e çështjeve me inceneratorët e Fierit dhe Elbasanit.
Ndaj tij janë vendosur dy masa sigurie “arrest në burg” për dy inceneratorë, atë të Elbasanit dhe të Fierit./ CNA.al
