Journalist Armand Shkullaku has ironized about the payments received by former official Charles McGonigal from Albanians.
Shkullaku said in an interview with Çim Peka that Agron Neza sent the Albanians' money to Charles McGonigal's ex-girlfriend.
"Where was the money found? Do you know? At his lover's. Gon Neza had left it in the closet. Do you see where our money goes? To McGonigal's lover. You say he took America, he took us, that money they belong to Albanian taxpayers", he said.
Also, the journalist stopped at the "Washington Examiner" article that showed the offers that McGonigal has received from Albanian businessmen.
"McGonigal has received money to advance the interests of the Albanian prime minister. McGonigal was immersed up to his neck in secret agreements with the prime minister of Albania. This is new to me, and this article", stressed Shkullaku./ CNA.al
