Journalist Klodiana Lala has announced that the Tirana Prosecutor's Office has charged the brother of businessman Pëllumb Salillari, Lulzim Salillari, who is accused of illegal construction.

Also under accusation is the company "Salillari" shpk with administrator Bledar Starova, as it is accused of illegal construction.

On 06.07.2022, the services of the Farkë Police Station near the Tirana Police Station No. 1 were notified by the operating room of the Tirana Local Police Directorate that on the state police portal "Digital Police Station" there are several notifications from residents of the area of Botanic Garden, "Bilal Sina" street, Administrative Unit No. 13, Tirana, where it was said that the subject "Salillari" shpk is building buildings without a permit.

In the front of the building, on the side facing the zoo, there is a building permit no.prot X-13444/6 dated 27.11.2020 issued by the Municipality of Tirana, which states that the works are carried out by the company "Salillari" shpk, which is posted on a sheet metal. to build a residential and service building of 1, 4 and 7 floors with 1-5 floors of underground parking and service with a deadline of 60 months to complete the works, as well as a photo of the exterior of the building project.

Referring to the act of ascertainment of the National Inspectorate of Territory Protection, it results that during the control exercised in the facility with construction permit no. parking and underground services, a change was found from the approved project by realizing additional surface in violation of the conditions of the building permit, where according to the permit, the total construction surface above ground is 10516.29m2 and the actual situation is 12960.41m2, i.e. additional construction 2444.12m2.

Referring to the construction permit with no. prot X-13444/8 dated 27.11.2020 of the Municipality of Tirana for the above-mentioned building with construction entity "Salillari" shpk, it results that the construction permit is "Residential and service building 1,4 and 6 floors, with 1-5 floor parking and underground service" owned by Mr. Erald Kamberi, Mr. Ermal Alla and Mr. Ervis Kamberi.
