It is reported that in the session there was also a debate between the judge of the High Court Sokol Binaj, who raised the tone of his voice towards the representative of SPAK Alfred Shehu.

Debate: 

Judge Binaj:  What is the provision regarding the registration of the notification for the criminal offense? The prosecutor has two means, the moment he finds that this notification for this criminal offense has the quality of a notification for a criminal offense, he records it. If not, it deletes it and does not register it. You have the obligation to respond to a report. Does this announcement have props?

Alfred Shehu:  The Code of Criminal Procedure does not foresee in any case incompetence in relation to criminal charges. This complaint has not been registered in SPAK.
