The scandal/ Lulzim Basha appoints the candidate for deputy and the delegate, without convening the presidency of the party

In 2017, the list of deputies announced by the chairman of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha, caused many clashes, which led to a disruption and fatal losses of the Democratic Party in those elections.

In one of his speeches he said that it was the last time that the chairman of the Democratic Party prepared a list for deputy, as it would be the forums and democrats who would choose the candidates and political leaders of the regions, ie the leaders of the list of deputies.
But apparently this has been a lie, which is one of the many lies of Lulzim Basha. In the video you see below in Vlora two days ago,Bujar Leskaj was presented as chairman of the working group or political leader of the region.

Meanwhile, the latter has held meetings in Vlora, Delvina, Saranda and Selenica with local structures of the DP. In an interview given to the local media, Genc Deromemaj, the local leader of the Democratic Party, welcomes Leskaj?s candidacy and the leadership of the district by him, because according to Deromemaj he was a boy from Vlora, and with a lot of experience.

There is nothing wrong here, but again Lulzim Basha turns out to be a liar. He said the list would not be named by him, but would be chosen by the structures. And what has happened in the case of Bujar Leskaj? One month ago in Vlora, was held a vote for the disqualification of candidates with the names proposed by the base. Among the names taken for voting in the local branch of the Democratic Party of Vlora, was that of Bujar Leskaj, who received not a few but 385 votes against, for which he should have been disqualified from the race and no longer be appointed leader of district of Vlora.
But what happened? Gazmend Bardhi, as in all Albania, falsified the report, leaving Leskaj with only 150 minus votes, but still they are not few, as it is a good part of the structures of sections and group sections that voted against him, which shows a problem in connection with the local branch.

But so far everything was closed with forgeries, lies and publications of Gaz Bardhi. Bujar Leskaj has already been appointed by Lulzim Basha as political leader and head of the list in the Vlora region. Bujar Leskaj made his presentation two days ago, meanwhile in no case did the DP leadership convene to appoint Bujar Leskaj to this position. Basha himself did not appear publicly to say, and he made the list of district leaders.

In fact, it should have been a list consulted with the presidency and the national council of Democratic Party, with the local branches, a process which Basha calls completed with the voting. But he should at least keep his word, and not choose the delegates or the candidates for deputy, as he did in the case of Bujar Leskaj, who has been introduced as the political leader of the Vlora region and the leader of the list.
But in fact neither the presidency has gathered, nor Lulzim Basha himself has made any public appearance to announce this appointment. Meanwhile, for the other 11 regions there is still indecision, and Lulzim Basha has stated that he will present them after December 15.

Whether he will convene the presidency, or make the announcement as in the case of Bujar Lesakj, remains to be seen. But one thing is for sure, Lulzim Basha did not keep his word, he lied to the Democrats again. He promised that the list of deputies would be chosen by them and then passed to the filters of the presidency, or the Ruli Commission. But in this case, even though Basha promised that the Democrats would elect him, the presidency has not met either, no other structure, simply and only Luli Basha has appointed the political leader of the Vlora region and the first of the list in this region, who will be Bujar Leskaj./CNA.al
