Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi, media partners of incinerators

Tomorrow Top Channel will continue to broadcast a show in support of incinerators, ie a private PPP provided by the Albanian government. Top Channel, is probably the unique case in the world, on how a national private media that makes such rampant propaganda for a private business, for a concession given by the government with citizens? taxes, where the owners of these concessions are partners in businesses with Vjollca Hoxha, one of the owners of Top Channel and the director of this television, Ben Blushi.

The incinerator of Elbasan is officially listed in the name of Stela Gugallja, who is the cohabitant and mother of Mirel Mërtiri?s children. The latter is a partner with Eva Blushi.

Ben Blushi?s wife in the company ?EM Capital Group? in Bulgaria.
It is the same company that came to Albania, and bought for $ 2.2 million, 51 per cent of Lori Caffe. So, Ben Blushi through his wife and Mirel Mërtiri are partners in Bulgaria, while they came to Tirana and became partners with Vjollca Hoxha, to Lori Caffe.
This is how it works with the incinerators of Fier and Elbasan, where in the official documents there is a main shareholder, Klodian Zoto. The three incinerators are related to each other, somewhere to Klodian Zoto, somewhere to an Italian citizen, somewhere to Mirel Mërtiri through other companies that connect Stela Gugallja with her cohabitant.

The chains of companies in Tirana are connected through Vjollca Hoxha, Ben Blushi, Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri to Valtelino Kafe, hence the first name of Lori Caffe as mentioned above. Vjollca Hoxha, one of the minority shareholders in Top Channel, currently continues to have a major clash with the justice system, as about 60 per cent of the shares owned by Albert Sino and Aurel Baçi for more than 15 years.
Then, thanks to intrigues in the ?honest? justice system, their shares were distributed to Vjollca Hoxha and her children, while the case is still in the Supreme Court. Vjollca Hoxha is a shareholder and partner with 49 percent of Valtelino Caffe, where 51 percent are Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mertiri and Eva Blushi, Ben Blushi?s wife.
So, Top Channel continues to make reports about incinerators, about the great ?beauties? of landscapes in Elbasan, Tirana or Fier. Although in Tirana and Fier there is no incinerator at all, while in Elbasan he is accused by the opposition that the contract was not respected, as the purchase cost 15 million, while the incinerator was paid 22 million euros.

In Fier it is also said that the incinerator will be ready, but in fact there are many problems, and the incinerator does not exist yet. There is no incinerator in Tirana, but only a few open pits using Sharra from a state-owned landfill. Thus, millions of euros are circulating, as are the partnerships between Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtiri of the incinerators and Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi of Top Channel.


So everything we will see tomorrow on Top Channel will be a repeated scheme, where the accusations will be addressed to Lulzim Basha, brother-in-law and the media that have attacked this PPP concession, which every citizen has the right to doubt, as it is paid directly from their taxes.
The opposition is in its right to say not only its first but also its last word. On the other hand, Top Channel comes out in defense trying to make it a political issue, trying to include Lulzim Basha, brother-in-law and others like that.
But, the more Top Channel tries to talk about this issue, the more chronicles this television does in defense of incinerators, the more it shows that it is in the service of the partners and the propaganda of the Renaissance government that has given this concession.
The investigation will be used politically, but in fact the truth is that there were some media that wrote from the beginning about this concession, almost 5 years ago. Bold News, BIRN didn?t stop writing through Reporter.al.

CNA.al has made several investigations and full publications regarding the incinerator shell company in Tirana located in the Netherlands. On the connection of Klodian Zoto with Mirel Mërtiri and Stela Gugallja, and finally the connection of Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha in partnership with the owners of the incinerators.

This happened 8 or 9 months ago, not 2 months when the opposition came out. It happened 2 or 3 years ago when the opposition called the corrupt concession, but didn?t provide full facts and documents as it has done now.


What Top Channel will show tomorrow as a series is the next show, is an investigation by the partners of the owners of incinerators on television, where the owners of incinerators will show through used journalists that the problem is not as claimed by the opposition and the media.

The truth is not as it is written and reported, but it is different. There is no attack, or intentional reason. Top Channel shouldn?t talk about this issue as a partner of incinerators, but it should be SPAK who should uncover the files, procedures, costs paid from the pockets of Albanians and the investigation should start with Stela Gugallja, go to Mirel Mërtiri, Klodian Zoto, the Italians who are their collaborators, the chain companies, and maybe even Eva Blushi or Vjollca Hoxha.

This would be the truth that Albanians want to see, the truth from the justice, that of SPAK and not a truth of the partners of Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri./ CNA.al
