The two documents of the partnership of Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha with the incinerators

Top Channel Television, run by Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha, has been put in the service of a concession paid by citizens? taxes.

The partnership of Ben Blushi and Vjollca Hoxha with Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, explains also the fact why Top has rushed in defense of the PPP or the concession that will be paid by the taxes of Albanians, 178 million euros.

CNA.al showed with exclusive documents, that the two shareholders of the companies that have taken the incinerators by concession, Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, are partners with the director of Top Channel, Ben Blushi.


The first document shows Mirel Mërtiri?s partnership in Bulgaria with Eva Blushi, Ben Blushi?s wife in the company ?EM Capital Group? in Bulgaria. Then this company comes to Albania and buys 51 per cent of the shares of Valtelina Kafe, which bears the trade name Lori Kafe, and has the same owners as Top Channel.

So we have two official documents that show that Ben Blushi?s wife, Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri are partners with Vjollca Hoxha of Top Channel and her children. So, Ben Blushi is the director of Top Channel and partner with Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, but also with Vjollca Hoxha in ?Lori Kafe? company.

With these two document, everything is easily explained. Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi through his wife, are partners with Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri. Already in defense of incinerators is talking Top Channel, or media that has partners the incinerator owners. Vjollca Hoxha and Ben Blushi are not doing anything else, just advocating for their partners who will receive 178 million euros from the taxes of Albanians, and will pay with themTop Channel./CNA.al
