Video/ NASA mission captures unique footage, Earth hides behind the Moon

The ARTEMIS II crew was treated to unique images, in addition to those from the dark side of the Moon. During their journey, the American astronauts experienced a solar eclipse, as well as an “Earth tilt,” the equivalent of a sunset, but with the Earth slowly sinking behind the Moon.

The images were posted online by Reed Wiseman, the commander of the renowned NASA mission. 

"Like watching the sunset on the beach, but from the furthest place in the universe. I couldn't resist a video with my cell phone. You can hear the Nikon flash as Christina Koch continues to shoot and capture these incredible photos of the Earth's sunset through the 400mm lens. Victor Glover was at window 3 watching with Jeremy Hansen next to him," the commander wrote in a post on social media. 

This footage is unedited, without any changes and with an "8x" magnification, which is quite comparable to the view of the human eye./CNA
