OFFICIAL/ Alban Meha has no intention of retiring, renews his contract as a player and will also be a coach

Alban Meha will not retire from football and at the age of 37 he has renewed his contract for another season. The former midfielder of the national team currently plays in the fourth German league with the Hessen Kasel team.

It was the club itself that formalized the renewal of the contract considering Meha as one of the most important in the team because of the experience he has but also for the vision and form he is going through despite being 37 years old. Meanwhile, Meha will also exercise the role of assistant coach for the U17 team.

"I am very happy that I can play one more year in Hesse and also gain experience as a coach in the future. I want to pass on my knowledge of different game situations to our young players and help them take the next step in their career", said Meha after the renewal.
