Albania's girls team disappointed, heavy loss to Czech Republic

Albania's women's team played their second match against the Czech Republic this afternoon, valid for the Nations League campaign. In the match held in the Czech Republic, the red and black girls led by the coach were defeated with a score of 5-1.

The match started very well for the red and black team, who took the lead in the 16th minute, but the goal was disallowed by the referee. However, the team was determined to take the lead first and the goal came in the 24th minute from the feet of captain Megi Doçi, who converted a penalty.

The advantage lasted a few minutes, as the home team equalized with Svitkova in the 34th minute. It was Svitkova again who scored the second goal for the Czechs 7 minutes later, while Bartonova tripled the score in the 41st minute. The first half ended with a score of 3-1 in favor of the Czechs, a result that psychologically hit the red and black team.

The Czech team scored two more goals in the 60th and 62nd minutes, bringing the score to 5-1. Our team's efforts were not lacking, but they were unable to change the fate of the match, which ended with the score 5-1.

This was Albania's second match in Group B4. The red and black girls are currently ranked third in this group.
