The capital's teams disappoint, celebration in Elbasan and Egnatia

The fourth week in the Superiore started with two super challenges, which produced goals, but also red cards.

Egnatia recorded its second consecutive victory in the championship, after defeating Tirana 2-0 in a totally dominated match.

The match started spectacularly and with chances from both sides, however without any concrete danger. After the first 15 minutes, Egnatia took control of the game and came close to scoring on two occasions with Buri?, who was off target.

In the 28th minute, Vogli wasted a great chance for Tirana and in the counterattack, Egnatia found the advantage, with Buric making no mistake this time.

Two minutes later, Ruçi was unlucky to see his shot deflect off the post. The midfielder found the net late in the first half, but the celebration was spoiled by VAR, which ruled it out for offside.

The second half started again with Egnatia on the attack, with the Albanian doubling the score with a super goal from distance.

In the remaining minutes, Tirana was powerless to react, and ended the match with 10 players, after Marku was sent off at the end.

In the other match, Elbasan narrowly defeated Partizan in the capital. The Yellow-Blues confirmed their good start to the season and remain at the top.

At the "Arena e Demave" stadium, Partizan started more aggressively with two good scoring chances, with Hume and Bintsuka.

Elbasan reacted and found the advantage with Bunjak in the 36th minute. The striker took advantage of a ball from Qose and stopped it in the back of the net.

This goal decided the first half, while there were no changes in the second half either.

For the "bulls" everything became more difficult in the 59th minute, when Bytyçi was punished with a red card, leaving the locals with 10 players.

With numerical superiority, the hosts had an easier time managing the advantage and managed to get 3 golden points, which keep them at the top of the standings.
