UEFA makes the decision, the stadiums for the European finals are revealed

The UEFA Executive Committee held its next meeting in Dublin today where various issues related to European football were discussed, the main one being the selection of the countries that will host the finals of the UEFA competitions for 2026 and 2027.

The Executive Committee decided that the UEFA Champions League final for 2026 will take place in Budapest at the "Puskás Aréna" stadium.

The decision to hold the 2027 UEFA Champions League final in Milan at the San Siro stadium is currently on hold until September, provided that the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) submits the renovation plan for the San Siro stadium.

In 2026, the UEFA Europa League final will take place in Istanbul at the "Be?ikta? Park" stadium, while the 2027 final will be held in Frankfurt at the Frankfurt stadium.

The UEFA Executive Committee decided that the UEFA Conference League final in 2026 will take place in Leipzig at the RB Arena stadium, while the 2027 final will be played in Istanbul at the Be?ikta? Park stadium.

It was also decided that the final of the UEFA Champions League for girls in 2026 will take place in Oslo at the "Ullevaal" stadium.

The draw procedure for the UEFA "EURO 2025" finals for girls was also approved. The draw will take place in Lausanne, Switzerland on 16 December 2024. The European Championship for Girls will take place from 2 to 27 July 2025 and the opening match and the final will be played in the city of Basel. The other cities that will host the European matches for girls are Bern, Geneva, Lucerne, Sion, St. Gallen, Thun and Zurich.

The next meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee will take place in Prague, Czech Republic on 24 September 2024.
