PSV faced Sevilla in the Europa League at the "Philips Stadion" stadium and the locals won 2-0. This was not enough for the qualification as the Spanish team won the first meeting 3-0.

But in addition to the result on the field of play, another episode received attention. At one point in the second half, a Dutch fan overcame all barriers and entered the field, where he attacked goalkeeper Marko Dmitrovic. The latter tried to keep calm.

After the match, the goalkeeper of the Spaniards explained the whole situation while emphasizing that at one point he wanted to hit him, but he is a football player and not a boxer.

 "One of the opposing fans entered the field and pushed me from behind, tried to hit me. I wanted to hit, but it wouldn't be pretty. Because otherwise I wouldn't be a footballer, but a boxer. Football does not deserve these ugly events. There is always a drunken fan in the stadium.

But, these are similarities that should not happen and I hope that measures are taken. I have never been hit in my life, I know how to defend myself and now I don't want to talk more because this is not good for football but also for what comes off the field. There are always people who want to be protagonists, but the important thing is that this situation passes", said Dmitrovic.
