Tirana me pronarë të rinj, epoka “Halili” drejt fundit

Tirana pritet të bëhet me pronarë të rinj. 66% e aksioneve të Refik Halilit, që është edhe president, kanë dalë në shitje.

Brenda pak ditësh, do të mbyllet edhe ankandi, që do të dekretojë pronarin e ri të Tiranës, raporton shtypi i shkruar.

Një zyrë përmbarimore ka bllokuar aksionet e familjes Halili në klub për shkak detyrimesh ndaj palëve të treta dhe tashmë i kanë nxjerr zyrtarisht në shitje ato, me ankandin që mbyllet më datë 22 prill.

Kompania në fjalë ka bërë të ditur se në shitje janë 66% e aksioneve, me vlerë fillestare prej rreth 161 milionë lekë.

Pjesa tjetër e aksioneve, pra 34%, janë ende në pronësi të Bashkisë së Tiranës.
