The Disciplinary Commission in the AFL has revealed the decisions regarding the events that took place in Albanian football.

The punishments for the fight in Erzeni U21-Partizani U21 stand out. Shijakas have been expelled from the championship.

DECISIONS:

1. FK Egnatia, for not taking measures to fulfill the obligations and regulations of the activity causing delays during the match, based on articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Lek.

2. KF Skënderbeu, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on articles 8/1 and 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL.

3. The player of KF Vora U-17, Kevin Jata, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity

4. AF Triumph, for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity causing delays during the match, based on articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

5. The player of FK Partizani U-21, Ralf Cela, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/4 and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.

6. The player of FK Partizani U-21, Frenki Shahaj, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/4 and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.

7. The player of FK Partizani U-21, Danilo Bajraktari, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/4 and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.

8. The player of KF Erzeni U-21, Laert Sallaku, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/4 and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.

9. The player of KF Erzeni U-21, Klajvi Zeneli, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/4 and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.

10. The player of KF Erzeni U-21, Barros de Sousa Walace Raynan, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/4 and 14/1/i of the KDE is punished with 10 (ten) match suspension from activity.

11. The player of KF Erzeni U-21, Klauz Cergani, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/4 and 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 10 (ten) game suspension from the activity.

12. The player of KF Erzeni U-21, Davidson Madrid Bentacur, for violent behavior and physical attack on opposing players, based on articles 14/1/4 and 14/1/i of KDE, is sentenced to 1 (one) year suspension from the activity.

13. KF Erzeni U-21, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities, causing acts of violence and not guaranteeing the safety of the players of the opposing team, based on articles 6/3/i, 8/1, 13/2/ d, 17/1, 17/2/a and 17/2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine of 400,000 (four hundred thousand) ALL and is excluded from football activity for the 2023-2024 season. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

14. FK Partizani U-21 is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the Stadium "Tofik Jashari" according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.

15. AF Shqiponjat 2017, U-19, for abandoning a valid match of the First Category, against KF Pogradeci U-19, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

16. AF Shqiponjat 2017, U-13, for abandoning a valid match of the First Category, against FK Egnatia U-13, based on Article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

17. AK Shqipinjat 2017, U-16, for non-fulfillment of obligations and responsibilities causing the interruption of the valid match of the First Category U-16, against KF Shkodra U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE and article 34 /3 of the Activity Regulation, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

18. AF Arnisa, for the activation of a player who did not have the right to play in the valid match of the Third Category, against Prestige MFC, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.

19. The official of AF Arnisa, Elton Korreshi, for activating a player who did not have the right to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is punished with 6 (six) months of suspension from the activity.

20. Acceptance of the request of KF Laçi U-17, for the conversion of the remaining part of the punishment for the player Samuel Bibaj based on article 75 of KDE.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
