The success of the Balkans in Europe, Kosovo leaves behind Albania in the UEFA rankings

Kosovo has recorded an increase in the coefficient of clubs in UEFA. Currently, the Kosovo Superliga is in 33rd place, leaving behind many well-known places.

This comes as a result of the Balkans' good performances in the Conference League qualifiers.

The team from Suhareka won the first match on the road against Skopje and on Thursday will play the decisive match, which secures a place in the group stage.

Calculated by the coefficient of clubs, Kosovo ranks 33rd, leaving behind neighboring countries such as: Albania (in 49th place), Montenegro (in 54th place), and North Macedonia (in 52nd place) .

Kosovo appeared with four teams this edition in the European competitions. Balkani, Drita, Gjilani and Llapi were the participating teams, while now only the champion of Kosovo remains in the competition.
