Investigations by the Naples Prosecutor's Office have revealed direct links between the Juve Stabia football club and the D'Alessandro mafia clan, part of the Camorra structure.

According to a 28-page court order, every activity around the Romeo Menti stadium is under the control of the criminal organization, from ticketing and security, to services and street trading. Counterfeit tickets, subscriptions in the names of non-existent people and companies linked to the clan have been identified.

Even ultras groups are part of the control system, managing access and imposing rules through fear and violence. The stadium has become a symbol of power, where fans enjoy football without knowing that their passion is being used for criminal purposes.

The club is currently ranked seventh in Serie B, while its owners have not yet given an official reaction. In June, the Irish company Brera Holdings bought 52% of the club's shares, but investigators point out that the ties with mafia elements have been inherited for years.
