Ukraine sanctions/ Coach Tymoshchuk's license is revoked and his assets are frozen...

The Ukrainian government, in the words of President Volodymyr Zelensky, has announced severe sanctions that will also hit the famous former Ukrainian footballer, Anatoliy Tymoschuk, who has worn the national team jersey in 144 matches. 

The former Bayern Munich and Shakhtar player, now assistant coach at Zenit in Russia, will have his coaching license revoked after failing to support the Ukrainian cause. Since the beginning of the Russian occupation, in fact, Tymoschuk has preferred not to take sides. 

The former midfielder is also included in the list of 56 athletes sanctioned by Kiev: for the next ten years, they will have their assets frozen in Ukraine and will not be able to carry out financial transactions.
