How many fines and suspensions/ Disciplinary Commission publishes all recent decisions

1. KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on articles 65/1, 65/3/a and 65/3/c of ??the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek; and is ordered to compensate the damages caused in the Air-Albania stadium according to the relevant act-finding, within 15 days.

2. FK Partizani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on articles 65/1, 65/3/a and 65/3/c of ??the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lek; and is ordered to compensate the damages caused in the Air-Albania stadium according to the relevant act-finding, within 15 days.

3. KF Laci, based on article 12 of the KDS, is warned that in case of repeating the wrong behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to the disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Sports Discipline and the Regulations of the AFL.

4. KF Teuta, for disobeying the Regulations of Football Activities, by not placing the emblem of the Superior Category Abissnet, on the right sleeve of the game shirt, based on Articles 63.1, 82.1 of the Regulations of Football Activities and Article 14 of the KDS is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

5. KF Vllaznia, based on Article 12 of the KDS, is warned that in case of repeated failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for by the Code of Sports Discipline and the Regulations of the AFL.

6. FK Egnatia, for the wrong behavior of the spectators, the throwing of objects on the sports field, based on articles 65/1 and 65/3/c of ??the KDS, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

7. K.S Kastrioti, në bazë të nenit 12 të KDS, paralajmërohet se në rast të përsëritjes së dështimit në përmbushjen e detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës Sportive dhe Rregulloret e FSHF.

8. FK Tomorri, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve, hedhjen e sendeve në terrenin sportiv, në bazë të neneve 65/1, dhe 65/3/c të KDS, dënohet me gjobë në masën 50.000 (pesëdhjete mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të Nenit 116/1/a) të KDS dënimi me gjobë do të aplikohet në masën 50%.

9. Lojtari i KF Lushnja, Mikel Canka për protestë ndaj vendimeve të arbitrit duke përdorur gjeste ofenduese, në bazë të nenit 55/2 të KDS dënohet me dy ndeshje pezullim nga aktivitetet.

10. KF Luzi, në bazë të nenit 12 të KDS, paralajmërohet se në rast të përsëritjes së dështimit në përmbushjen e detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës Sportive dhe Rregulloret e FSHF.

11. Lojtari i KF Ada, Besnik Ndoj, për sjellje te gabuar ndaj kundërshtarit duke përdorur dhune, ne baze te Nenit 47/1/b te KDS dënohet me dy ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

12. Lojtari i KF Iliria Sajmir Hasanaj, per sjellje te gabuar ndaj kundërshtarit duke përdorur dhune, ne baze te Nenit 47/1/b te KDS dënohet me dy ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.

13. KF Shenkolli, në bazë të nenit 12 të KDS, paralajmërohet se në rast të përsëritjes së dështimit në përmbushjen e detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës Sportive dhe Rregulloret e FSHF.

14. Zyrtari i ekipit te KF Shenkolli, Anton Lusha, për sjellje te gabuar ndaj zyrtareve te ndeshjes, bazuar ne Nenet 48/2/a te KDS, dënohet me 8 (tete) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti. Periudha e pezullimit me kusht, në zbatim të nenit 32/4 të KDS, do të jetë 6 (gjashtë) muaj.

15. Zyrtari i ekipit te FK Flamurtari U-15, Genti Zguro, për sjellje te gabuar ndaj zyrtareve te ndeshjes, bazuar ne Nenet 48/2/a te KDS, dënohet me 8 (tete) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti. Periudha e pezullimit me kusht, në zbatim të nenit 32/4 të KDS, do të jetë 6 (gjashtë) muaj.

16. Lojtari te KF Skenderbeu U-17, Kleart Grazhdani, në bazë të nenit 11/a të KDS, paralajmërohet se në rast të përsëritjes së dështimit në përmbushjen e detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës Sportive dhe Rregulloret e FSHF.

17. KS Dinamo, due to the failure to fulfill its responsibilities, in accordance with Articles 30 and 64 of the KDS, is punished with: Loss of the table match against KF Vllanzia U-13.
