Juljan Shehu, the midfielder newly invited to the Albanian National Team, showed his first emotions after receiving the invitation from the red and black staff. In the press conference, he described this moment as a dream come true and underlined that he will give his maximum with the national team.

Invitation from the National Team – It is a dream come true. I am very proud to have been selected to represent the National Team. It is one of the most beautiful feelings in the world. I hope to represent it with dignity and give my best for the team as well as to increase the competition because it is good for the team.

First emotions after receiving the invitation – The first moment I received the invitation I didn't know how to react. I was numb with emotions. I was contacted by the staff, it was a very beautiful moment.

How do you see the journey with the National Team? – I didn't come to be a temporary player. I hope that my journey will be as long as possible in the national team. I came with the confidence to do my best.

How ready are you after the injury – Last year was the most difficult year in my career, especially after the injury I had. But I recovered very well and very quickly and I am 100% ready. I am very good physically, I played almost all the matches with the team. My teammates welcomed me very well as it was my first time here. There was enthusiasm in the team. They congratulated me and were there to support me.
