Pacolli: If the name Jashari worries FIFA, I will pay the fine against Granit

The footballer of the Swiss national team, Granit Xhaka, is under investigation by FIFA and is in danger of being punished because he celebrated the victory over Serbia with the T-shirt of his teammate Arton Jashari.

But the surname Jashari on the jersey of the team that eliminated Switzerland from the World Cup was seen as a provocation by the Serbs who associated it with the legendary commander Adem Jashari.

Regarding this, the former president of Kosovo, the businessman Behgjet Pacolli, has reacted, who says that he communicated with Xhaka, and informed him that he is ready to pay the fine, if he is punished by FIFA.

"If the name Jashari worries FIFA or the world and Granit Xhaka is punished for using this holy name after the match, I will personally pay that fine, on behalf of the Albanian people. I have personally announced this to Granit today. Now we move on and wish them continued luck against Portugal", says Pacolli.
