In England, they make it a fact that Inter and Chelsea already have a verbal agreement to leave Romelu Lukaku on loan for the next season 2023/2024, with the same conditions as this year.

Nothing official, although new legislation that came into force this year prohibits multi-year loans, but there is some kind of agreement to meet everyone's claims.

Lukaku is tied to the Blues with a contract until 2026, but appears to be definitely out of the London club's plans.

The 29-year-old Belgian has been active in Inter's three friendlies against Lugano, Monaco and Lens and has not been able to debut with a goal for his second adventure with the black and white from Milan.
