Only the formalization is missing, coach Ancelotti's signature is ready

Carlo Ancelotti is expected to sign a new four-year contract with the Brazilian Football Confederation, a deal that will keep him in charge of the Selecao until 2030.

The annual salary will remain at 10 million euros, while the contract will be divided into two parts to facilitate project management after the 2026 World Cup. Ancelotti, who took office in May 2025, ensured Brazil's qualification after victory over Paraguay.

On May 18, the coach will announce the list of players for the tournament that will take place in the USA, Canada and Mexico, where Brazil will compete in Group C with Morocco, Haiti and Scotland.

This renewal puts an end to speculation about the future of the Italian coach, confirming stability in the technical staff of the five-time world champions.
