Friendly, Albania U-15 defeated by North Macedonia

The Albanian U-15 national team played its first friendly match against North Macedonia U-15 this afternoon. The match, played at the “SRC Biljanini Izvori” stadium in Ohrid, ended with a 2-0 victory for the home team.

Coach Armand Dama started the match with this starting lineup: Marsid Hoxha (GK), Aendi Cekrezi, Joart Mile, Rian Nezaj, Alesio Gjergji, Rajan Dybeli, Fabio Hyseni, Sebastian Sina, Haxhi Rrena (C), Klevis Basha, Mattia Xhemali.

The match started at a good pace from both teams, who created several scoring opportunities, but failed to convert them in the first half.

At the start of the second half, North Macedonia took the lead through Stefan Ristic. In the 55th minute, Luka Spiroski scored the second goal, sealing the 2-0 victory for the home team.

The second friendly match, Albania U-15 – North Macedonia U-15, will be played on June 24, at 11:00, at the "Skënderbeu" Stadium in Korça.
