Albanian March/ The emotions of the National Team return, 12 matches scheduled

The month of March brings back the excitement for red and black fans. 12 matches are scheduled for all national teams, starting from the National Team A and the national age teams for boys and girls, as well as the Futsal representative.

The A national team will return to the field in March, after a period of almost 4 months without training. A new qualifying campaign for the 2026 World Cup, new opponents, exciting transfers and a return home. Albania will face England on March 21 at “Wembley”, while on March 24 they will host Andorra at the “Arena Kombëtare” stadium in Tirana.

The U-21 national team also has two friendly matches scheduled for this month. On March 21, the Rossoneri led by Alban Bushi will face Greece at the “Serres Municipal” stadium, while four days later they will play away against Luxembourg at the “Georges Woehlfart” stadium. Two very important friendlies for the 21-year-old team and the Rossoneri staff, to create and consolidate the Rossoneri group as well as to discover new elements.

Two friendlies will also be played by the U-19 national team. Albania, led by Julian Ahmataj, will face North Macedonia on March 21 and 23. Both matches will take place at the Skanderbeg Stadium.

On March 19, 22 and 25, the second round of Group B6 matches of the European Championship "Albania 2025" will take place in Albania. This group includes Albania, Azerbaijan and Wales. Andrea Tedesco's red and black team will face Azerbaijan on March 19, while on March 25 they will play against Wales.

The National Futsal Team will also return to the field this month, with the next match against Kazakhstan to be played away on March 7.

Meanwhile, the U-17 women's national team will play in Andorra the second round matches of the European Championship for this category. Albania is part of Group B3, along with host Andorra, Israel and Belarus. On March 4, the red and black girls will face Israel, while three days later they will play against Andorra. Albania's third and final match is against Belarus on March 10.
