Bayern Munich celebrates 125th anniversary with victory

Bayern Munich celebrated their 125th anniversary in style, beating Stuttgart 3-1 in a thrilling encounter to temporarily move 11 points clear at the top of the Bundesliga. It was the Bavarians' ninth win in their last 10 league games, confirming their excellent form.

Stuttgart started the game well and took the lead in the 37th minute when Angelo Stiller fired a powerful shot from distance, scoring a spectacular goal. However, in the first half, Bayern took advantage of the lethargy of the opposing defense and Michael Olise equalized after an assist from Leroy Sané.

Kompany's team overturned the deficit in the 65th minute. A misplaced pass from goalkeeper Nübel caused panic in the Stuttgart defence, and Leon Goretzka took advantage to score the second goal. In the end, Bayern's pressure was rewarded with another Stuttgart mistake, when Kingsley Coman took advantage of a misplaced pass, beat Nübel and scored into an empty net to seal the victory.
