Suspensions and fines, Discipline clarifies decisions

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Federation has revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that occurred in the last week in Albanian football.

The suspensions of Egnatia and Laçi, for misconduct towards match officials, stand out. There is no shortage of suspensions and fines in the First Division either.

DECISIONS: 

1. KF Egnatia official, Taulant Guma, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.

2. KF Egnatia official, Alban Shala, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

3. KF Laçi official, Dario Pali, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

4. KF Valbona player, Da Silva Sousa Francisco Wesley, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

5. KF Vora player, Xheis Rushiti, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

6. FK Kukësi, for improper behavior of spectators, igniting pyrotechnic devices, based on Article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to Article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

7. Flamurtari FC, for improper behavior of spectators, igniting flares and pyrotechnic devices, based on Article 17/2/c of ??the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to Article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

8. KSSH Veleçiku official, Nuri Rexha, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.

9. FC Murlani player, Seijmen Rrushi, for attacking players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.

10. The official of Luzi i Vogël 2008, Lorenc Pashja, for provoking spectators during the match, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches of suspension from activities.

11. FC Murlani player, Fjorest Grimci, for attacking players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activities.

12. FK Tomori player, Sali Kumani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

13. KF Butrinti player, Eglond Zymeri, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

14. KF Sopoti, për publikimin e deklaratave fyese që cënojnë reputacionin e futbollit dhe zyrtarëve të saj, në bazë të neneve  6/1/c, 6/4, 8, 13, 15/1, 47 dhe 77 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 300.000 (treqind mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 76/1/b të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 20%.

15. FK Apolonia U-18, për mos respektimin e detyrimeve, përgjegjësive për organizimin e ndeshjes dhe rregulloreve të aktivitetit duke shkaktuar vonesa në fillimin e lojës, në bazë të neneve 8/1, 17/1 dhe 33/1/b të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë. Në zbatim të nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

16. Zyrtari i KF Vllaznia U-15, Besnik Ndoj, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

17. Selaci Junior B, U-13, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë U-13, Zona Rajonale Tiranë, kunder Football Republic C, U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.

18. Zyrtari i FC Albanet, Junik Palushi, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

19. Lojtari i FC Albanet U-16, Diego Ahmeti, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

20. Lojtari i FC Albanet U-16, Adriano Ramaj, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

21. Lojtari i Viking Tirana U-16, Redian Nano, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

22. Lojtari i Viking Tirana U-16, Lisandro Koroveshi, për sulm ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/i të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

23. Lojtari i Viking Tirana U-16, Arion Nano, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE, dënohet me 4 (katër) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

24. Lojtari i KF Tirana U-19, Xhejson Kurtbalaj, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

25. Lojtari i KF Naftëtari U-19, Ajsel Gjini, për sjellje josportive ndaj lojtarëve të ekipit kundërshtar, në bazë të nenit 14/1/b të KDE, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

26. Lojtari i Legjendat 9×9, Ledjo Hima, për sulm ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/k të KDE, dënohet me 15 (pesëmbëdhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

27. The player of Legjendat 9×9, Klajdi Myftaraj, for attacking match officials, based on article 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to 15 (fifteen) matches of suspension from activities.

28. Acceptance of the request of the KFF Gramshi player, Fleta Musaj, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.

29. Acceptance of the request of the official of Flamurtari FC, Gentian Zguro, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.

30. Rejection of the request of the official of KF Oriku U-17, Elis Xhuvelaj, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.

31. Rejection of the request of the official of KF Oriku U-17, Elios Kazheli, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.

32. Rejection of the request of the official of KF Oriku U-17, Endi Suloj, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
