Lookman suspended by Atalanta, future towards England

Ademola Lookman has had a difficult relationship with Atalanta. After a failed transfer to Inter in July, the striker left Bergamo and stopped all communication.

He returned to Italy on August 18 and the following day conducted an individual training session at the Zingonia training center.

Atalanta have fined the player for 15 days of unexcused absence, and the punishment is expected to include a pay cut. Lookman will continue to conduct personalized sessions until the end of the transfer window, on September 2.

As for the future, the option of a transfer outside Italy remains open, with concrete interest from Premier League clubs in particular. For now, everything remains pending future developments between the parties.
