Bad luck follows Kumbulla, towards a return to Serie A

Defender Marash Kumbulla is playing his second season in La Liga, this time on loan to Mallorca from Roma.

Before this experience, he was part of Espanyol, a club that decided not to buy his card after the end of his loan.

Spanish media reports indicate that Mallorca is also considering the same decision, considering the figure of 8 million euros for the final purchase as high.

The 25-year-old Albanian has played in seven matches for Mallorca this season, recording a total of 396 minutes of play. There is a possibility that the player could return to Roma during the January transfer window or at the end of the season in the summer.

His situation remains unclear regarding his stay in the Spanish championship beyond the first phase of the season. There is currently no official confirmation whether there will be a change of environment during the winter transfer window.

The defender's progress is being monitored by both clubs to determine the next steps in his career.
