Euro U-17 qualifiers, Albania wins with a goal lead

The Albanian U-17 national team started the second round of the European Championship qualifiers with a victory, defeating Azerbaijan at the "Elbasan Arena" with a comprehensive score of 4-1.

The main protagonist of the match was Evangelos Gjoka, who scored a hat-trick, while Gabriel Kulla sealed the success of the Rossoneri with his goal.

Albania started the match on the offensive and found the net in the 7th minute through Gjoka. The Red and Blacks dominated the first half, creating several good scoring chances with Kulla, Gjoka and Ramku, but were unable to double their advantage.

At the start of the second half, Azerbaijan temporarily equalized with a goal by Rzayev. However, Albania reacted quickly and regained the lead in the 53rd minute, again through Gjoka. The midfielder continued his excellent performance, scoring his third personal goal in the 64th minute. In the 76th minute, Gabriel Kulla sealed the victory with a fourth goal.

In the end, the match ended with Albania's spectacular 4-1 victory.

The U-17 National Team will play the second and final match of the round against Wales on March 25, at 3:00 PM, at the "House of Football".
