The Milan captain joins Lazio

Former Milan captain Alesio Romagnoli will be a Lazio player.

The Italian media have reported that he has reached an agreement with the Lazio club, with which he will sign a 5-year contract, from which he will benefit from 3 million euros per season.

According to the Italian media, Alesio Romagnoli is expected to undergo medical examinations within 48 hours and then sign with Lazio to officially be part of the blue and white.

According to the media close to Lazio, there have been many offers for the defender, starting with Juventus in Serie A and a dozen teams in the Premier League.

But in the end, he has decided to join Lazio, his heart team.

Romagnoli has always been a fan of Lazio and is expected to wear the number 13 jersey, which for years has been worn by his idol at Lazio, Alesandro Nesta.

Romagnoli is expected to be put under the orders of coach Sarri within this week, possibly on Thursday after he has successfully passed the medical examinations.
