A shocking news has taken over the Brazilian media today. A post on "Twitter" announced the death of former Brazilian footballer Adriano, widely known by the nickname "Emperor". News which fortunately turned out to be false, with the help of the former Brazilian football player himself.
During the morning, the news spread on social networks that Adriano was killed in a shootout with police forces, as he fled a patrol car, being shot with 30 bullets. Shocking news for Brazilians, for whom the "Emperor" is a beloved figure as part of the "Seleçao" in the early 2000s.
In order to calm everyone down, Adriano himself thought, and ironically refuted everything through his profile. " Even if he looked like me... Adriano's ghost is talking here" , wrote the player who only a day before announced his engagement to 25-year-old Mikaela Meskuita.
