Iniesta confesses the difficult moment of his life: He sees everything as black...

It is not the first time that he talks about his life, Andres Iniesta recalled once again in the podcast "The Wild Project" of YouTuber Jordi Wild, one of the most complicated moments that he has gone through since depression.

"If it happens to someone, who is famous, who theoretically has everything in the world, the best houses, the best cars... And you say: 'This can happen to anyone.' It is not about material things. The only goal was to explain it, convey it... very naturally, because I think everyone goes through all those stages", declared Don Andres.

Iniesta remembers how he lived or how those days were for him.

"I didn't have that joy or energy that you should have in life. You start to feel bad, you say that something is not working. It enters your body and mind and sees everything black. I couldn't wait for evening to come so I could take my pill and rest. That was the moment of greatest satisfaction."

Iniesta, as he has explained many times, began to feel bad after the sudden death of his friend, Dani Jarque, from a heart attack in 2009.

Although you can be considered cured of depression, still consult a doctor:

"I keep going to therapy. I love hearing professionals talk about mental illness and depression. Life teaches you over time that depression and mental illness can affect anyone."
