Galatasaray increases offer, Calhanoglu heads to Turkish Super League

Galatasaray has increased its offer for Hakan Calhanoglu from 15 to 20 million euros, but this still falls short of Inter's valuation, which is asking for 35-40 million for the Turkish midfielder.

Calhanoglu has not yet spoken publicly about his future, while Inter have no intention of giving up on him unless a suitable offer comes in. Galatasaray have offered the player a contract with an annual salary of 10 million euros and are hoping that the player himself will intervene to reduce the Italian club's demands.

Although they officially deny the talks, the Turks are expecting a move from Calhanoglu to facilitate negotiations. Last year, the player rejected Bayern Munich's offer to stay in Milan.

In case of departure, Inter are evaluating alternatives such as Parma's Bernabè and Lazio's Rovella. The situation remains open and depends on the 30-year-old midfielder's decision.
