Formula 1/ Norris starts first, leaves behind Verstappen and Sainz

Lando Norris will start first in the United States Grand Prix.

The British pilot set the fastest time in the official tests, leaving behind his rival, Max Verstappen.

The Dutch pilot was ranked second with a very small margin (+0.031), while the Ferrari car of Carlos Sainz was positioned in third place.

His teammate, Charles Leclerc, will start from the fourth place, with the Monegasque who left behind Piastri.

A surprise can be considered Gasly, with the Frenchman who was positioned in seventh place, right behind the British Russell.

The Race of America will take place this Sunday at 21:00 and promises a lot, as the Norris-Verstappen title duel will start from the first meters, with the Dutchman leading the championship with 339 points followed by the Briton with 285 points, while Leclerc is in third place with 250 points. /CNA
