The Albanian U-19 national team successfully completed the last two friendly tests before the qualifiers for the "Romania 2025" European Championship. The Reds won the two meetings with Montenegro 3-2 and 2-0, while now all the focus is on the preparation of the qualifying matches.

Albania U-19 is in group 11 together with Israel, Denmark and Northern Ireland, while the matches of this group will be played in our country under the organization of the Football Federation.

The coach of the U-19 national team, Julian Ahmataj, in a statement for fshf.org, commented on the two victories in friendly matches against Montenegro.

"The matches went well because besides the result we managed to win, it gives us more courage and confidence for the November matches" - said the red and black technician, who also spoke about the opponents in the "EURO 2025" qualifiers.

"All the opponents are strong, but we have to play our game, play and create the chances. We have to do our best to give our best. If we give our best, we are always stronger when we are together" - emphasized Ahmataj, who added that it is a greater impetus for the team that the qualifying matches will be played in Albania.
