The former director of the Skënderbeu club's board of directors, Adriano Valduci, in an exclusive interview with CNA, stated that the president of Korça, Ardjan Takaj, has reflected on his criticism.

According to Valduc, Takaj is also in love with the red-and-white team, adding that the scheme he gave is the winning one.

Finally, Valduci had one more piece of advice for leaders.

 Mr. Valduci, is there a real reflection from President Takaj after your harsh criticisms on the board?

Thank you very much for the question. You know that I live with Skënderbeu and I have given my best for that team. It should be emphasized that President Takaj is equally in love with that team. My criticisms some time ago were for the good of the team and, after them, the team has reacted very well. I have discussed several times with Takaj and we have agreed that my scheme on the field, 4-4-3, is the winning one. I will use this scheme today against Ballsh. In fact, we can beat Ballsh even with the 4-3-2 scheme. I have full confidence today in the team and President Takaj.

How did you make the U-19 champion?

U-19 is like “La Masia”. In fact, it is the example that shows how a team implements the decisions of the board. I wish you much success in the Champions League.

The file from Raqqa was finally found. Had they hidden it?

Now, the file was there. I believe that no one hid it, but it was neglected. Look at U-19, they implemented the decisions that were in that file. I don't believe that Raqqa only gave it to U-19. Or it was done on purpose, to see if my scheme is effective.

What advice and prediction do you have?

My advice is that managers should always implement the board's decisions and not leave the decisions on the shelf.

My prediction is that the "Snow Wolves" will fill the stadium today and the team will make them, the city and of course us proud, led by President Takaj.
