The survival final, the last team relegated to Serie B is revealed

The survival final between Specia and Verona, held at the "Mapei" stadium in Sassuolo, ended with the 1-3 triumph of the Veronese, who thus celebrated their stay in Serie A, while Specia did not make it, which next season will to play in Serie B.  

We remember that both teams ended the championship with equal points, as with the new rule established in Serie A, an additional match between them would be needed to determine the verdicts of the season, and in the end it was coach Zafaroni's team, which he succeeded in accomplishing the mission. 

As for today's duel, Faraoni was the one who opened the series of goals in the fifth minute, giving Verona the lead, while in the 15th minute, Ampadu equalized for Specia. In the first half, two more goals would be scored for Verona, who carry Ngonge's signature, in the 26th and 38th minutes.

The second half did not bring goals, but in the 68th minute, Specia had the golden chance to reopen this final, as Faraoni was punished with a red card, while Nzola wasted an 11-meter, thus "sealing" the disappointment of his team and relegation to Serie B.
