The Football Federation is continuing the work for the organization of the finals of the 2025 European Championship for the age of U-17, which will take place in Albania.

The working group designated for this major event held its next meeting today, where the focus was on several very important topics with the aim of organizing and promoting the European U-17 Championship "Albania 2025" as best as possible.

As for the infrastructure, the works have also started on the "Niko Dovana" stadium. The Football Federation is investing in the works for the metal construction of the telecameras, wall refinishing, interior doors and windows, painting, electrical installations, sanitary works and furnishing.

Also, in the future, another working group from UEFA is expected to arrive in Albania to closely observe the sports fields.

The selection of the mascot that will represent Albania in this European Championship, the communication strategy for media coverage, the issue of tickets, the drawing of lots and many other topics were discussed in this meeting.

On Monday, on the social networks of the Albanian Football Federation, the selected mascot will be presented and a public discussion will be opened to choose the name of the mascot that will accompany our National Team in the finals of the U-17 European Championship "Albania 2025". / CNA
