The coach of the Kosovo representative gave a statement to the media after the draw was made in Nyon, Switzerland for the League of Nations matches, for the Play Off stage, quarter-finals and semi-finals.

Kosovo will face Iceland in the Play Off, with the "Dardans" who will try to climb to the B League.

Speaking to the media after the draw, the coach of Kosovo, Franco Foda, said that he knows that Iceland is a strong opponent, but according to him, the chances are 50 to 50.

"We are happy for the match that awaits us against Iceland. I personally have never been to Iceland, but I know they have a strong team, but we are also in very good shape, in a very good condition as well. The chances are 50 to 50 and we as Kosovo will do everything to move to League B" said Foda.

The matches between Kosovo and Iceland will take place on March 20 and 23, 2025, with the first meeting to be played in Pristina, with "Dardans" as the host team.
