Yesterday, Shamrock Rovers were eliminated by Ferencvaros for the Europa League play-offs. With the team from Dublin, Justin Ferizaj started the challenge from the first minute.

The 17-year-old Albanian was the headliner in this duel, also emerging as "Man of the Match", with his team failing to advance due to a 4-0 loss in the first match. Coach Stephen Bradley made some moves in the formation, entrusting the boy with a starting jersey at this level, even though he is 17 years old.

This is not Ferizaj's first time playing for the Shamrock first team, as he has received minutes as a substitute. Yesterday evening will be remembered for the midfielder, as he played as a starter in a European match.

Coming out of the Rovers age group, in May of this year he signed a professional contract, being part of the first team despite being 17 years old. The Albanian-Irish has chosen to play for Ireland, taking part in the U-20.
