The two matches of September, the list of Albania U-19 is published


Albania U-19 will play two friendly matches against Turkey on September 6 and 8. Both matches will take place in Izmit, Turkey, as coach Julian Ahmataj has made public the list of 20 invited players.

The Albanian technician will have at his disposal the most prominent elements of this age group, as 7 players come from Albanian clubs such as Skënderbeu, Tirana, Bylis, Teuta, AF Elbasani and 13 of them are active in foreign clubs such as Udinese, Olympiacos , Empoli, US Cremonese, Parma, Lazio, Cesena, Sassuolo, ADO Den Haag, Genoa and Lecce.

The U-19 national team will start training directly in Turkey on September 2. The first match of the Reds and Blacks is scheduled to be played on September 6 at 16:00, while the second match is scheduled to be played two days later, on September 8 at 16:00.

The two friendly tests against Turkey are a good opportunity to validate the team within the framework of the commitments in the European "Romania 2025" qualifiers for this age group that will be played in our country in November. Albania is part of Group 11, together with Israel, Denmark and Northern Ireland, and has as its objective the transition to the "Elite Round" stage.
