Discipline reveals the decisions, the three Superiore clubs are punished

The Disciplinary Commission has revealed the decisions regarding the events that took place in Albanian football. Vllaznia, Tirana and Elbasani have been fined, due to the wrong behavior of the fans.
Clubs such as Flamurtarin and Vora have also been warned, that in case of repeated wrong behavior by the fans, they will be subject to measures. Pogradec's player, Jorgo Qeleshi, has been suspended for 4 matches for violent behavior towards the opponent.

In the meantime, the request has been accepted for Laç to pay off the remainder of the sentence of Illiam Cordeiros with a fine.

Decisions of the Discipline and Ethics Committee, on August 30, 2024:

1. KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field and lighting flares, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL .

2. KF Vllaznia, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field and lighting flares, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL .

3. AF Elbasani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field and lighting flares, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of ??KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL .

4. FK Vora, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repetition of the wrong behavior of the spectators, it will be subject to the disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the AFL.

5. The FC flag bearer, based on article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repeating the wrong behavior of the spectators, he will be subject to the disciplinary measures provided by the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the AFL.

6. The player of KF Pogradeci, Jorgo Qeleshi, for violent behavior towards the opponent, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.

7. Luzi i Vogël 2008 Football Club, for failure to execute decision no. 11, dated 08.01.2024 of the National Chamber of Dispute Resolution, based on article 29/1/c of ??the KDE, a ban on the registration of new players is imposed for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

8. Accepting the request of KF Laçi, for the conversion of the remaining part of the punishment for the player William Cordeiro Melo based on article 75 of the KDE.

9. Dismissal of the request of the player Redi Kaçanolli of KF Lushnja as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee
